What we're building

The Line is more than a restaurant. It's a place where hospitality careers begin, businesses take shape, and community is built. Every decision we're making — from the kitchen layout to the programming — is guided by a simple question: what do hospitality workers need not just to find a job, but to build a career?

We're creating a space where people can gain hands-on experience across every aspect of restaurant operations, learn alongside experienced industry professionals, and become part of a community that believes success is something we build together. The Line will offer training, mentorship, business development, and opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs to test ideas, refine their craft, and grow sustainable food businesses.

This isn't about opening another restaurant. It's about creating pathways to ownership, leadership, and economic opportunity for the people who have always been the heart of hospitality. We're building the future of hospitality — one person, one business, and one community at a time.
